Cancellations/refunds
Since this is a rare event and space is limited to only 24 participants if you need to cancel your reservation you have until 40 days before the vent for a full refund. You need to contact Dr. Corleto before the 40-day window in writing to request your refund.
Four weeks before the event starts and you require a refund for cancellation then there will be a 50% refund. From 3 weeks or less to the starting date of June 7, 2024, there will be no refunds made.
