Designing Your Life was a gift of awareness of patterns/beliefs about my relationships with each of the 8 domains that were blocking me. By gaining clarity through Lou’s guidance, I found realizations about what and how I needed to change my relationships to achieve greatness in my life. I gained wisdom about my strengths and weaknesses and was able to implement a plan that shifted my state of being ~changing my life. As I write this it has been 10 months since I attended Dr. Lou's Designing YOUR Life and I'm still using the tools I learned everyday. The weekend really helped me identify and prioritize where I was actually stuck as opposed to where I thought my focus should be. Dr. Lou also provided me with tons of tools to bring more balance into these areas of my life and kicked my butt into an action plan. I'm truly manifesting much more of what I want in my life thanks to spending those fun, 'engaged' days with Dr. Lou.
