Is a pioneer of freediving in Finland. SheĀ has done both national and world records. Ā
Currently, she holds the world record for ice diving, 103 m from one ice hole to another wearing only a swimming suit, 2021.Ā

Accommodations
During the event you will be accommodated in the cottages of the luxury resort āLehmonkƤrkiā. However, the term ācottageā in Finland does not stand for a small emergency shelter or the like, but for a fully equipped house, built of wood, but standing in the forest.

What's included?

- All cold water/diving-related activities
- Five days lodging at the world-famous Lehmonkakri resort. (double occupancy)
- Transportation to and from Helsinki International Airport to the resort
- Breakfast And Dinner for the 5 days at the resort
- Finnish saunas every day
- Transportation to Lake Sonnanen
- Sauna in Sonnanen while on location
- Daily transformational work with Lou and Lydie
What's not included?
- Flights to Helsinki International Airport
- Extracurricular activities (snowmobiling, etc)
- Snacks during the day
- Drinks outside of breakfast and dinner
- crocks and crampons to walk on the ice
- 5mm neoprene socks and gloves
- wetsuits and gear if desired when diving under the ice (will be available for rent)
- *** Travel insurance. NOT mandatory yet highly recommended in these uncertain times. (Here's an example of one company)
