There’s a soccer stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil commonly known as 'XV de Piracicaba' – a large and once beautiful structure, home to some great soccer games. but years of poor maintenance and corruption in regards to money that was supposed to be used to take care of the stadium resulted in a stadium in a state of disrepair.
The reason I share this story with you is that fundamentally—we get what we tolerate.
It’s as true in the 'XV of Piracicaba' as it is in our own lives, our relationships, our health. In every area of our lives, we get what we tolerate.
