Take Back Control of Your Healthā€”Naturally and Free!

Did you know that before 1970 Type 2 Diabetes didn’t even exist? Back then, they called it Adult Onset Diabetes. Now, there are over 20 million people diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in the U.S.

How did that happen? The answer is simple… Just take a look at the food industry and all of the refined food—especially refined sugar—that’s being put out to consume. We’re talking about chemicals that are engineered and created to replace real food content. The problem is these chemicals are not meant to be in our bodies.

In today’s video, I want to talk to you a bit more about how the food industry has created this problem that now you and I have to face. But I also want to share with you:

  • How you can take back control of your health.
  • How you can stop needing all the pharmaceuticals that you may be using to try and get your body in order—in a natural way (and best of all FREE!).

We Get What We Tolerate

There’s a soccer stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil commonly known as 'XV de Piracicaba' – a large and once beautiful structure, home to some great soccer games. but years of poor maintenance and corruption in regards to money that was supposed to be used to take care of the stadium resulted in a stadium in a state of disrepair.

In today’s video, I want to share with you:

  • How to identify the areas in your life where you are tolerating certain things you no longer want.
  • How to find the courage to be honest with yourself and take the steps to break free from simply tolerating things.
  • How to get your health back—no more compromises.

It’s time for you to draw a line in the sand and get clear on what you want....

Be Informed & Take Control of Your Wellbeing

Do you know what the Nuremberg Code of 1947, the Helsinki Declaration, and the Geneva Declaration have in common?

They are protections that were created after the atrocities of World War ll. These were critical protections because physicians were performing involuntary medical experiments on human beings.  These codes of ethics were created to help doctors improve the overall well-being of their patients.

But even with those declarations and codes—to this day—we keep seeing, over and over, what is essentially experimentation on humans… and it’s now up to each of us—up to you—to take ownership of our own wellbeing and decide what we allow on our bodies.

Today, I want to share with you:

  • How to know how your body works.
  • How you can make sure you don’t subject yourself to anybody else’s opinion regarding your own body.
  • How to take ownership of the choices you make regarding your body and wellbeing.

The power to choose...

Lessons on Life and Fear from a 117-Year-Old Nun

I recently watched an interview with the second oldest person on the planet, Sister André, a 117-year-old nun from France who lived through the great flu pandemic of 1918, two world wars, and most recently, the coronavirus.

As I heard Sister André speak, answering whether or not she was afraid of the illness—or of dying—something triggered inside of me, and I want to trigger that inside of you… because this woman knows the secret to living fully.

In today’s video, I want to show you:

  • Two key lessons we can learn from Sister André to ultimately lose the fear of dying
  • How to show up fully in life, whatever comes your way
  • The importance of perspective

We’re living in a world that’s feeding a certain narrative to anyone who listens—a narrative that you should go through life walking on eggshells, and that’s not how we’re made to live. You are strong and full of vitality and potential and you...
